We were a group of 10 on a Saturday morning. Our tables had 4 menus. We shared menus as our waitress was difficult to track. We asked a busboy for coffee, which was piecemeal. Our waitress wasn't interested in serving us, it was obvious. After 30 minutes she finally came over to take our order. During our meal she never came by to refill coffee or check if we needed anything. Fortunately the food was good, several Spanish speaking busboys took care of us. We would not recommend this place for a large group.

This is a great bar and grill restaurant on the water in Chula Vista Harbor- they have inside and outside seating, live music, and “dock n dine”- contact safe harbor and they will assign you a slip/dock space so you can go eat- no charge…visit the restaurant’s webpage for instructions on the dock usage. Food was great- mahi mahi tacos wee made with a huge chuck of grilled mahi!

The food and service are good. The seats could be more comfortable I was wandering around a just wanted something a bit different. I planned to stay for just a bit but a band named Ron's Garage played. They are awesome. Very talented! Classic rock. They can play anywhere, and should have a bigger venue. It was a real pleasure listening to them. I stayed 5 hrs.

Very mediocre food. Prices were fine but definitely very mid level food. Tuna appetizer was probably the highlight but the berry salad, the clam chowder were just fine.... Not bad not great. Mahi tacos were better than average but still just meh.

I was just looking for a place at the marina in Chula Vista - and found this great spot. The Galley is apparently a local favorite - and for good reason. Wednesdays they have a great band (Ron’s Garage) and the special was a sirloin(!) cheese burger with fries or onion rings and a happy hour well drink for $19.99 I sat on the patio with a view of the marina and the Bay. The burger was cooked perfectly. The onion rings were super crunchy and my gin and tonic was probably a double. I travel too much for work - but trying great restaurants like this is one of the perks for sure.
